What we collect

The site has no forms and asks for no personal data. Bookings are made by phone or WhatsApp: when you call or message us we see your number and your message and use them only to answer you and handle the booking.

The price calculator runs only in your browser and sends nothing to us. The “Send on WhatsApp” button opens WhatsApp with a message that you send yourself.

Cookies and Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to see how many people visit and which pages they read. Analytics cookies are only set if you press “Accept” in the banner. Without consent Google only receives anonymous, cookieless signals (Consent Mode). You can change your choice at any time from “Cookie settings” in the footer.

The Google map on the contact page only loads if you press “Show the map”; only then may Google set its own cookies.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may ask to access, correct or delete your data and object to its processing. Write to contact@casa-steluta.ro, message us on WhatsApp or call us. You may also complain to the Romanian authority, ANSPDCP (dataprotection.ro).
